1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our facility.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or email with complete order details.
PARSHWA GOLD reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as unavailability of stock, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of edible oil products and hygiene regulations, refunds are generally not applicable once the product has been dispatched or delivered, except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

The product delivered is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery

The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging as proof.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Minor variations in packaging or labeling

Delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control

Improper storage or handling of the product after delivery

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment wherever possible.

In certain cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting required details.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of approved damage or incorrect product delivery, replacement may be offered instead of a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
6. Bulk and B2B Orders

Refunds and cancellations for bulk, wholesale, or distributor orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Any special terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation will prevail over this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
PARSHWA GOLD’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
